• Consultation Fee    $50 --This is approximately an hour long conversation where we will discuss your case, potential outcomes and potential costs; if you decide to retain me as your attorney, the consultation fee will be waved and added to your initial retainer.
•  Divorce with Children:   $5,000 initial retainer; most divorces with minor children end in agreed final decrees after mediation and/or negotiations and end up costing between $5,000 and $10,000 depending on fees such as mediation fees, court fees and server fees.
• Divorce No Children:  $2,500 initial retainer; most divorces without children end in agreed final decrees like divorces with children but usually costs between $2,500 and $5,000 depending on your particular case.
• DWI/DUI:   $5,000 initial retainer for 1st DWI/DUI, $15,000 for 2nd and $25,000 for 3rd
• Other Criminal:   Other criminal law cases' initial retainers range from $1,500 to $10,000 depending on the particular charge and circumstances.
